Order Cancellation
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please ensure all order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Shipping Insurance Coverage
Please note that shipments to certain destinations, including The United States Canada and Australia , are not covered under our shipping insurance claim policy.
Once an order has been successfully delivered and marked as received by the carrier, the order will be considered completed. By placing an order and accepting delivery, the recipient acknowledges and agrees to the applicable shipping terms and conditions.
For orders that have been successfully delivered and confirmed as received, we are unable to provide refunds, replacements, or compensation for issues not covered under the shipping insurance policy.

Exchanges
If you are approved for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
